Tab Time - Special Adventures

A Youtube original children's show featuring Tabitha Brown.  I was brought on as a lead animator for the animated Special Adventures segments.

We had a tight turnaround time and limited resources on this project, so finding a balance between quality and efficiency was an ongoing challenge for us. Most episodes had a 3-4 person team, usually consisting of me animating Lenny and most of the background characters (with a several episodes handled by Joe Andriola), an After Effects animator handling the animation for MS. Tab (Steven Meade, Kyle Anderson, or Miranda Schneider, depending on the episode,) Mike Scanlon doing background/character design and compositing, and, when possible, additional animation/design from Emmy Stork to help take the pressure off. Between this team, we had only a few weeks for each 3-5 minute episode, but we managed to pull it off.

This was my first lead animation roll, and while it was definitely a challenge, I learned a tremendous amount doing it and I'm proud of the work we did! Below are some of my favorites of the segments we made.
